Most members from Europe wont be able to buy these reps anymore as the $ vs € is no real exchange course ... and 800 Euro for a fake watch with unreliable future and costly service plus waittime of 3 months ... Thanks, but no thanks.

If they could do all the colours correct i think every of these watches could become a massive sales record! With regard to €/$ exchange rate; it hurts but we dont have any choice. Some things we just cant change

If th e colors are incorrect and parts of noob and JF are interchangeable than JF is going to make Zorro a very rich man as he will do lots of biz on parts.

So JF if you are reading this: do you want to make more money or make one of the members on this thread very rich? It is your choice.

^ No need to teach me about economics 101. I'm just putting it out there. If everyone on this forum has spare USD1k to drop on watches that last 2-3 months go for it.

I know I'd rather be spending it on strippers/whores and drinking and partying. Oh yeah cars as well.

Each person is different and thats great. Worth a discussion though as I personally feel that we are suckers everytime. LOL including myself.

Those that like what they see, can live with the "imperfections" of which there are a few will buy, those that can't won't, simple really..
I'm not OCD when it comes to "must be Gen like.."
I won't jump on the pre-order but I will grab me one of these and the FC version too, will wear them and enjoy them..
I can't afford the Gen and wasn't lucky enough to get on the Zorro orders so this is the next best thing..

Indeed. you should also visit Kazantip; it is a brilliant party that attracts a lot of supermodels and Russian maffia. Last time I went there my Hungarian friend got mixed up with many fights with Russians on drugs and my friend was super aggressive as he took a wrong cocktail of pills which made him hallucinate, aggressive and feel no pain

My take on this JF GP. Like always there is the good, the bad, and the ugly.
THE GOOD:
1.) An out-of-stock watch is released after years of absence from the market.
2.) You do not have to buy Imacknockov FC parts for it. (Almost impossible anyhow as Imacknockov does not produce them anymore.)
3.) You probably do not have to buy Mike Ti4 screws for it. (Almost impossible anyhow as they are out of stock.)
4.) You do not hav to sandblast and repolish the screws, case back, plots, etc.
5.) You do not have to 2XAR the cyclops (Almost impossible anyhow as Domi is no longer doing custom 2XAR).
6.) You might not have to redrill the plots to fit an OEM strap. (Maybe an OEM strap will fit without problem.)
7.) You have a decorative plate to make the movement look more gen.
8.) You will likely not have to buy a gen strap. The rep strap is likely ok enough for most people.
9.) The subdials look good.
10.) The hands do not need to be refinished/thinned and look to have decent lume
THE BAD:
1.) The central dial insert is not anodised, and you will need to anodise it to get the OEM look. (This is where you enter GP mod torture chamber, right here.)
2.) The deco plates will add complication to servicing.
3.) No deco plate for the rotor, you will need to transfer one from another model, for "full deco."
4.) The DW font is wrong, any you will need to replace the DW.
THE UGLY
1.) $800.
2,) Still same problem with DW position, crown height, etc.

I'd like to say something.. I don't expect gen quality.. Just asking for the attention to detail... That's all which the factory can do early but always never seem to bother.. So the money make V/version just keep rolling out
