Can you hear the rotor moving when you shake the watch close to your ear ? If not the rotor is stuck.
I had the same on one of my IWCs from ZF. When you open the back you can remove the "Antimagnetic Cover" . It seems its to thick sometimes and makes the rotor stuck.

Oké thanks I will try it later this evening.you can make a quick test. Just loosen the caseback a bit and shake the watch , now you should hear the rotor
