He probably just looked at the dial and saw a 60 min. counter. Indeed, the counter makes two steps after one minute. But again, who really cares about the minute counter. Let's just hope the movement holds up. It's the only question mark about this otherwise great rep.

Don't know really Pure time is offering all the variants and I don't see any called V2. You need more detailed information from vendor, ideally would be to get some links.
