A lot of people seem to be going for this rep. Is there some recent development which has led to an increased level of confidence regarding 7750 movements with running seconds at 6? Or are we just seeing a bunch more people deciding to roll the dice simply because this Spitfire is a popular style?
Yep this. Worst case I send it to Domi.At the moment just a bunch of people rolling the dice but the watch is a real temptation, I ll give that to them
Worst case I send it to Domi.
Oh yeah, forgot about the mod he'd developed. Heard any feedback yet from any members who've got back a modded sec@6 watch from him?

Black or at least darker dwo.... I think this is the first update of the first release when they misprinted the caseback "spiteire".There seems to be another (Correct Caseback) version at IT. http://www.intime.co/iwc/1530-pilot-spitfire-chrono-gray-dial-ss-on-black-leather-a7750.html
No one knows for sure yet. I am taking the gamble and ordered one. Rejected the first qc's because of misaligned dw.Do you know if they have the sec@6 issues on these versions?
I use Toro, but intime is a great option as wellWhere did you order from? I'm considering getting one from IT which has pretty good reviews around here.
