Iv been told the asian 7750 movement has a 50% failure rate is this a good movement?

Thanks Teddy, but is better to do a service o buy a new complete movement? Over Ebay I've found a chinese seller that is selling A7750 Daytona movements for Noob watches for 109$, you know if this is adaptable into my replica watch? Thanks a lot

I have had plenty of 7750's, some good, some bad. You have to accept that if it's not dead on arrival it will die. In a couple of days, a month..........but it will die!

I have a Noob Rolex Daytona that works just fine! I bought it from a trusted member here that had it serviced though. Anyway, sad that it this movement have so many problems :/

Being a 300 USD gamble, we should ask the TD, to have the 7750 option for the ones wanting to take the risk, and the same quality case on miyota quartz. So you can decide and take full ownership of your next paper holder. Just my personal opinion

Im happy to report that my failure rate on A7750 is only 1 in 10 now.
I follow 2 rules.
1. Only buy A7750 movement watches with seconds at 9
2. Never use the chronograph.
This works for me.

Since I bought the Rolex Daytona to my wife in January she has been able to wear it for 4 days. First for two days and then it died. Send it back to China for repair and wait a couple of weeks.
After getting it back it was dead on arrival. Send it back to China at TD's expense. Get it back with new movement and my wife wears it for two days and the watch always stops at 6.30.
Sending it back at TD's expense and now waiting for a new one. As soon as it comes back I will sell it and my wife will never ever buy a replica again.

I have 4 replicas that works like a charm but only one of them are with 7750 movement. Seconds @ 9.

Over the past 11 years (i'm getting old!) I had about 50 reps with maybe 30+ of them based on a7750.

None if them died on me. Some had problem (power reserve, chrono that stop after 40-50 second, etc) but I think only one developed a problem. The other had their problem at arrival and I was too lazy to send it back. None stoped working.

Out of 15 reps I have right now, half of them are a7750, and all going strong.

I guess I'm just lucky.

After 30 a7750 reps failures number about 5

I got you beat,,,I have one 7750 and one failure of the chrono the first time I used it. seconds @ 9. Did not reset between 10-2.
