Is the construction going to be similar to this:

You can see the middle is constructed from Tungsten by the circular seem running about where the circular brushing would normally end and would be covered by the bezel.

I mean the idea of mixing tungsten with SS. The idea is using the SS for the parts that need to be engraved so you end up with an excellent quality engraving but the weight of tungsten.

In theory, could the red outer layer in this photo not be made out of solid gold to "cap" the inner solid piece of tungsten?

It might have to do with the hardness of gold/steel, it’s a really thin layer and has been cracking and flaking off in a few other factories

Hey all. Just wanted to share some pics of the newest case. Few things to note which are huge improvements over the 1st Gen cases are the rounded bracelet edge which is very similar to gen, insane polish job on the bracelet and crisp engravings. I'll post more updates as soon as I receive them.
