I don't know if this has any relevance here but this little piece of philosophy sticks in my mind.

"Any man may easily do harm, but not every man can do good to another"

If it gives you any comfort Pec, you fall into the latter category. You're a good guy, remember that!

Actually, I think that's pretty common, just as it's not at all unusual for people who have a lot (at least by man's standards) to start to believe that they deserve it because they worked hard for it, and that those who have less ought to work harder so they can have more.

I know that you think that God stuck us all on the earth and then turned His back on us and told us to fend for ourselves. And I don't believe that's the case. If you have children, at the beginning, you are involved in every part of their lives, because they can't take care of themselves. As they grow older, the parents start to let the children care for themselves. They may not look involved in each aspect of their lives, but they're always there. And yes, sometimes love looks a bit mysterious (and dads go out and shoot their daughter's laptops).

I know that to you, it doesn't look like God could be doing anything, because He lets horrible things happen to people. And we dumb people will never understand the reasoning why. But remember that whether a person never lives to breathe outside the womb or whether he lives to be 120 years old, it's all a tiny moment to God, and that what He really wants is the eternal soul of that person. It isn't always obvious to us how He's going to get it.

One other thing, I get the sense that to you, Christianity is mostly about regulating behavior, following rules, going to church, etc. And it really is not. If you believe and have faith, your behavior naturally changes with it, but that's not where the real goal lies.

well when u said , god created and now turned his back on us
i think my english is the problem here
like when someone tought that i said i didnt need god , that i can be my own god.

what i mean is that , god created the universe, gave us life , he made amazing things, how everything works,
he gave us everything!!!
in a perfect world
the kids from somalia would not die becouse they dont have food
becouse in the perfect world , we , us, the humanity would help them , the ones that have a lot would help other , the ones that are not so lucky and have less
in a perfect world people would not die at wars, becouse people would care about others and there would be more communication and understanding
in a perfect world we wouldnt need god to protect the children and help the poor ones
becouse he gave us everything! and if there is someone that is missing something , he created someone that has extra of the thing that the other is missing , so he expect the lucky one to help the not so lucky one
why would the poor one say . please god help me?
a brother would help him
i dont know is not easy to write it , but it is clear for me
that is why god cant help anyone , there is nothing he can do , he already did everything
the human nature , destruction, killing , to make things complicated , the need to look for bad things to happend , that is the problem , the human is the worst p. of shit! the worst creature , the responsable for all the bad things

and all of these , becouse of the MONEY AND POWER

I think that I'm following your understanding. What you are saying is that if God were to make a perfect world, no one would ever go hungry because there would be someone to feed them. No one would ever kill another person because we would all understand each other. Everyone would live a long, long time, and die at the end of a long full life.

Two comments on this: God may have planned for this, but the first man and woman on the earth chose to disobey Him and introduced sin for the first time in the world. As we're all descendants of those two sinful individuals, this is why we all need saving.

Second, although what you describe is a perfect world as we understand it, it leaves no room for us to lean on God and to ask Him for help and guidance. It would cause everyone to think that we can all manage our lives and our world by ourselves, and that we no longer need Him. And God's goal for us is to have a close relationship with Him, not merely to see us all well-fed and safe. That's a perfect world according to our understanding, but not according to His.
