As i told before, i've received two pieces during lockdown (march-april) and both situations everything went smooth. Now i don't have any hint, and Andrew doesn't answer no more to my messages. I'm very, very upset.
If the courier doesn't have the packet, who's fault? What's going on?
It could be anywhere. If the courier says they don't have the packet, that could mean ANYTHING. It just means it hasn't gone beyond a certain point in the system. My last 3 m2m sales I had messages saying 'are you sure tracking is correct?'...I copied and pasted it directly from the receipt and watched the post office scan it, but still it said 'waiting to be collected'
I also had some deliveries arrive fast, some slow. You just have to be patient. The systems the couriers use are not accurate nor do they tell you exactly where the item is. I had one shipment saying stuck in Langley yesterday. The guy received it in Ohio last week. They are stretched, their systems are stretched and they are making mistakes. People are off sick, planes are only making emergency trips to certain locations, everything will start to move again very soon.
The beauty of this is your TD is fantastic. Andrew is a stand up guy, he will sort you out if the shipment is lost. Bugging him constantly will achieve nothing. He's been a dealer on these forums (on and off on RWI but consistently on RG/RWG) for over a decade and has absolutely no say over a couple of your watches.
Just chill. The world will not end if you have to wait a few extra weeks for a watch, I know it's frustrating but if it's bothering you so much, maybe you need to think about taking up yoga or something.
