Looking to find a watchsmith to put together a watch for me - Swiss ETA 2824-2, 36MM case, dial to fit. I’m located in the US, on the east coast. Can mail parts if need be. Also looking for ideally less than a 2 month turnaround time (will pay for expedited service if that’s considered expedited).

I found a local watch repair who will do a movement service on a rep. He wants $675! At that price, I might as well toss it in the trash and start over. Is there anyone in Los Angeles that charges a reasonable fee? (and doesn't take 6 months?)
