Kindly let me tell a clearer picture of the issue on my side.
Firstly, when we got the watch and QC for you, the watch was perfectly fine and confirmed OK before we got it shipped out for you.
When you received the watch, you said that there is a problem with the bezel, so I said that you can send it back to us to get it fixed, or get it fixed locally and gave you a contact to get it fixed.
You sent it to the watch guy and he fixed it in March 2021, but you emailed us again in late May saying that the issue happened again. Which the watch guy agreed to take it back to fix, but require parts for the watch. But as we know, Noob factory is closed, so there won't be any parts available.
I did try to order the ARF case kit for you, but factory doesn't release it to us, as they previously mentioned that they do not sell any parts or accessories at the moment. And when they do, they always take a very long time to release parts. So I advised that he can try GMF case kit, but we cannot guarantee that it will fit since they are different factories to begin with, and there has not been a reply regarding that.
I have also replied to your new email. Kindly get back to me there so that we can resolve this issue.

Yes Andrew, I did receive your email above and I will respond to your offer to fix this before the end of the night.
And in regards to me not replying? Come on now.. we have over 76 emails or so going back and forth together about this just since July 11th on this one single issue. I think that I spattered a few other questions in there over the year about the stock of other watches so I will say that we had 65 emails in those two threads back and forth and give the benefit of the doubt. Say nothing about the 21 other emails we exchanged from February to March. But that is neither here nor there.
I appreciate you responding to me with an offer to get this resolved.
