I actually tried that first thing the first time.. the only watch guru in my area has a policy of not working on reps just from a quality standpoint. No I wont to that far, it just is what it is because your right, they are "criminals" living under a government that hates competition when it comes to stealing copyrighted materials. They take risks. I get that. All I can do is share my experience and hope that it educates the next person. I just want to take the time to give back to RWI as it has given to me.

Maybe we just need to incorporate the Rep business under President Xi Jinping and we can then route all future rep sales through Amazon and buy them at a booth at our next NBA game? Imagine the quality we could have then? If they can reverse engineer a Predator Drone and a F35 from pictures, imagine what they could do with a watch.

My „short“ journey with trustytime is like shit, too.
Over two years of buying I get wrong watchparts.
wrong watches as ordered.
royal oak v1 instead of v2, Patek philipe aquanaut V1 instead of v2. Nautilus get lost on transit last year…

ok,… shit happens. But as some warchparts are not longer available I talked to Andrew to refund my money.. he did it, but with fees for sending my money back….

Ok Next try. Refund again, I talked to Andrew to send me my money back with wise…
No that’s impossible my payment guy got only PayPal… wtf… again received my refund over
PayPal and with fees on my shoulders…

never again un/trustytime

Thank you for the honest post and headsup, will note before I place an order, you are totally right that while we cannot expect the same afterservice as a big store watch, for cases like these, would expect some support in atleast returning to the factory

And dont get me wrong.. I would love to continue working with TT if we can get this worked out. But time will tell. I am not holding my breath however. If you cant figure out an option in a year, chances are it isn't happening! F-me once shame on you. F-me twice shame on me as they say.
