What a piece of s h i t ! It is amazing to me to think that some one would go to this much trouble and this much time to set people up to rip them off for so little money. Well I think judging by this thread from last year that you guys unfortunately have seen the last of your money. I do quite a few transactions with fellow members on this and other forums and have up until now been very lucky. With the exception of a couple of fellow members I consider every deal a risk. It does not make me feel any better about some scumbag stealing my money but at least I feel as if I am being realistic about my expectations.

If Peter Yeh was know to be a scammer last year...how come he wasn't ban at that time when it

As far as I can remember, O_P had been involved in a couple of controversial deals in the past....For myself, I always trying to stay away from guys like that...

Unbelieveable, I am very sorry to the buyers of these IWC's.
I think anyone who has sent him a watch needs to provide his address as more needs to be done with this case and using the same name we need to make sure another member name is not created to scam more members 6 months from now.

Well I'm the buddy that dylan mentioned. I have researched it and have all the info. I just don't want anyone thinkng I'm out of line if I make it available at this moment. You all saw my comments on the 'Was I scammed' thread. I hate it when a thread spirals into conjecture and finger pointing. So I wanted to know if the admin feels that this needs to be racheted up a notch because once it does there's no turning back.
I just got done talking with OP. He is taking care of the situation with Dylan in what should be a satisfactory manner. As I thought there is an explanation for what happened. We need to let this ride out until Dylan gets his watch.

Actually a few days ago my only recourse was to speak to my uncle who works in law enforcement.
He said he wasn't going to handle it directly but he 'knew of some people' that could take care of it.(cringe)
He just told me not to worry. Within a day O_P contacted me via email and
began addressing issues and told me he'd make good.

Well I certainly hope that this works out. This does not however answer the question as to whether or not this is the same Peter Yeh and what is to be done about the situation if he is.
yea...it was nice...within a day I received contact...and today I received a USPS signature confirmation number from
O_P. Should be here on Friday/Saturday.
I tried resolving this as a bulk issue and addressed zzipy's and therebel's complaint, but seems that
O_P is only sending what is owed to me.
Hopefully zzipy & therebel get resolution as well.

I tried getting the slevin as well so we could sort everything out and the
watch go to the rightful owner. But he only confirmed my watch. Its probably a good thing,
because then I'd be responsible for another watch and who knows what mess that
would cause considering everything going on...

I remembered the other day that OP sold a nice modded 028 on this board for a big amount of $$$$...there is a post about this transaction...it was a lucky guy the one that really received the 028 since it seems from all of this posts that OP scammed and tried to scam members....
