Thanks! 300 BLK is my choice because it is bigger than 5.56x45/.223.Hey @kdo2milger that's a nice rifle. Can I ask why you chose .300? Definitely a better round than 5.56 but harder to get/source ammo perhaps? Thanks for sharing!
Hey Hey, I have its big brother. The PPQ. Best trigger ever.
Walther PPQ M2 might just be the fastest gun in the west! You can rapid fire this quicker than any pistol I've owned. It's as fast as my Giessele SSA trigger on my AR.

@DocHolliday The ports are just for weight reduction.. but they look awesome... I could never get used to the euro style mag release, I'm happy they modified the M2. The VP9 is awesome, I just fell in love with this trigger on the M2.. shoot both and see what you think before you buy. Plus Walther has a $100.00 rebate going on right now...

Lol yes, it's violent! No one handing that beast. It's always fun to throw a couple 45colts in before when someone new shoots it. Evil I know lolyouve shot that with the casull rounds ?
Thanks! 300 BLK is my choice because it is bigger than 5.56x45/.223.
Basically 300 BLK is 7.62x35, or the equivalent of a .308 round in a .223 shell cut shorter in height by 10mm.
AR-15 parts for 5.56/.223 are much less cost wise when compared to AR-10 parts.
In-fact the only part you have to change on an AR-15 chambered in 5.56/.223 is the barrel, all other parts work with 300 BLK/7.62x35.
With 6.5 grendel, you have to swap out the bolt and barrel, plus 6.5 ammo is more expensive than 300 BLK
BLUF; 300 BLK gives me the capability of having a .308 round in a .223 package. Reloaded 300 BLK ammo is not that much more per round than .223/5.56. So for general practice and plinking reloaded 300 BLK is actually just as cost effective as .223/5.56. I also have more expensive 300 BLK for home defense use as seen in the pic above.
I build AR-15 rifles and pistols in both .223/5.56 and 300 BLK. For my 5.56 AR's I strictly use XM93 and XM855 rounds from Lake City Federal. For my 300 BLK practice rounds I have Ozark Ordinance (no longer in business) and Freedom Munitions. The more expensive 300 BLK comes from Hornady of course.
For targets out to 300 yards, 300 BLK is perfect, anything beyond that and I will use my AR-10, which happens to be a DPMS G2 Recon.
I realize that's a lot of info, however I thought it would help put things into perspective and provide reasoning as to why 300 BLK is my goto Home Defense, and self defense as well. This X95 and my 10.5" 300 BLK AR pistol make great vehicle guns.
I don't know if you ever watched Hickok45 on YouTube, but I love his outdoor range setup, someday I will have something similar...someday...
Stay sharp, stay alert!

Someone did a nice stippling job on your Glock.Doesn't seem to be much fans of the glock, but I still love my edc, hope y'all appreciate . Glock 32c on an extra 19 frame I picked up that was chopped & stippled to a 26L/27L/33L(subcompact double stack grip with compact length, I still have the factory 32 frame as well)

Thanks! I'm glad somebody noticed and appreciated the craftsmanship although it definitely wasn't done by myself haha. I was told when purchasing this lower from some dude on backpage, that it was done by battlecomp enterprises. I paid $325 for the frame already chopped and stippled as is which may sound kinda expensive for the current market but it came with the lower parts already installed which includes the Haley Strategic Skimmer Trigger so I feel like I got my money's worth! But now I have an extra frame that I needa buy a top for :/. Will probably buy a new slide tailored for a 19 and put this slide back on the factory frame to keep it stock instead of having two Franken glocksSomeone did a nice stippling job on your Glock.
Gunsmiths can usually recognize other gunsmiths handy work, although I'm not a Glock owner, tbh it doesn't really matter whose name is on the gun as long as it works and is functional when I need it. So Glock haters will always hate, I say letem, because they can take their Hi-points and go play in the rain lolThanks!
