Just had an 'In & Out" double double here. My tummy is happy ! All's well here. Been a bit chilly here at night. Unusual for LA at this time. But the air is crisp. It's a good day.

Good morning from the Shaky Isles. Life on the edge of the "Rim of Fire" continues to be good.

Looks like almost everyone is ramping up with work as we approach years end. Lets hope there is still room for some family life/balance.

Patiently waiting for Pete and Chris to release their FC GP and for Marlin/Joe to finish my Pam 127. Not a easy thing to do...

Catch a flight at 6am in the morning and just packed my panda 44 as well as my blue Aqua terra for the short trip. I have had a hell of a week so far. Everything is moving too fast and and I feel like I am drinking from a firehose here.

Hope you all have a great day and for those who know who he is RIP to the legend Jonah Lomu.

Hopefully I can catch up tomorrow night but for now I need some z's
Good night guys!

What's going on fellas? I've been on a tiny hiatus as of late with work. I've also been on a bit of a knife, and ammo bender. :) Damn you Amazon. I've purchased 6 knives 2 Ganzos, 1 Tac Force, a winchester(made by Gerber), and a Kershaw. Now that winter is around the corner I want a good EDC knife for beating up, and a combat knife for self defense(along with my Walther) :) , 1 hatchet(for splitting wood, and looking like a badass?) on Amazon. Then 5 boxes of AE Brass 9mm, and 10 boxes of .223(I don't own an AR yet but hey, I'll be prepared when I have it) on a fav site of mine. I have a ton to do in the garage as well. I have a lot of tools to organize! Tons on the list before I settle into the holiday season. What's going on with yall? KeyLog74, enjoy Berlin! I never got to go that far north to check it out when I was Munich many of years ago. Enjoy!

Just got preapproved for my home loan, now to find the right house. As far as an edc knife, I use either my Emerson cqc-15, or a benchmade 530 (if I'm wearing a suit that day). I recommend checking out some of the Kershaw/Emerson collabs, I sent JohnnyLazar one around his bday. Great bang for the buck!

DreadPirateRoberts, CONGRATS BUD! San Diego... I don't even want to know how much that house will cost compared to the cost of living in Dallas, TX. I'll embark on that journey come April... I would love an Benchmade one day! but I would curse myself if I lost it. That's what I'm giving these Ganzo's a try(benchmark clone) they've got some darn good reviews, and if I lose it, I won't kick myself over $18. I've been through a countless amount of Gerber/Kershaws. loved about every one of them. The Gerber clips ten to crap out a little faster IMHO. Good luck house shopping!

It sounds like we're all busting our humps at the moment Subjeff. It's that big last push before we get to enjoy all the time with our families!

Hey all. It's Friday!! [emoji322][emoji322]

Looking forward to this weekend. Need some time away from work and with the family. We're heading north tomorrow for a family gathering. Long drive for just a day visit though. Sunday has me heading out race karting with my 8yo boy. His first time behind the wheel. Should be a great laugh.

What plans do y'all have?

Definitely. We were approved for just over 500k but want to spend something in the 350 range. We want a 4 bedroom with a garage and yard, but it looks like we're spending too little money to be in that situation. We might settle on a townhome for a few years until we save enough again to get the home we really want.

I used to feel the same way about spending money on the benchmades, but i've had probably a dozen and havent lost one yet. Sold, traded (Traded 1 for a Mossberg .22) or just given away. They have great value, and I just love the locking mechanism. The Ganzos are nice, I have a Ganzo 720 at home and use it when I need to do something really rough with my knives. One thing I love about Spyderco/Benchmade is if anything happens to the clip you can call up the customer service area and they'll mail you several free replacements. Even if you just want to try out a different style! They've made me a customer for life.

Robert, have you thought about moving north a little? In Temecula you can get a decent house for $350-$400 with everything you are asking for. Just a thought.
