What a coincidence Dave...Today I was given a 1957 quarter in my change, silver also. They stopped producing 90% silver dimes and quarters in 1964. You've got a Barber dime there.

WOW Jeff, these coins look amazing. Do you know where the shipwreck was? It reminds me of the coin I had which was made by the Roman Caesar Augustus.

The remaining bulge in the centre and the knotted rings around the circumference looks like ancient Roman coin commissioned by the emperors themselves. BUT then, the letters out side the knots look unfamiliar. Hmm...
