I'm looking forward to a couple of new ones coming in. I'll hopefully soon be finished on an AP FCGP project I've had ongoing since last October, and an IWC Portugueser too, in anticipation of which, I read 4000+ posts over in the IWC subsection [emoji15]it kept me out of trouble for a few days

How are we all doing? Give us an update on life....

Well we've just had birthday season, kids are now 15, 14, 12, 2x 10yo's, and 7. With Christmas just around the corner it costs us a bloody fortune. Thankfully, I have a new work situation as I was invited to speak with a company about potentially doing consultancy work for them, but they decided to offer me a permanent position, that is better than what I had at my previous employer. It's great as being self-employed was more of a chore and I wasn't really enjoying it. Love what I'm doing now. Kids have all had the winter snots, but everyone is over it, though I've not really had my annual chest infection, which I'm anticipating with the recent drop in temperatures here in the UK. I'm not looking forwards to the weekend as my wife will be wanting the Christmas decorations out. It's far too early. I know at least @Jeane123 agrees

Hey bud, Good to see this thread bumped up. My wife is currently 7 1/2 months pregnant, which should say enough all on its own. I've got guardianship of my two nieces, so I'm busy doing school stuff with them and trying to get the house ready for a baby. We've had 7 1/2 months to prepare, and it still seems like I've got tons to do. Still need to build a crib, get rid of some clutter, sell a couple watches, etc. I interviewed yesterday at a local dive bar for a bouncing gig, I hope to bring some extra cash in before the baby gets here and while my wife isn't working. Her job is only paying 60% while shes out, and shes not eligible for disability so I've gotta come up with something. Plus i've got my regular job stress, so i'm tearing my hair out over here.
