Diets don't work !! ........ You know what works ?? Well try this. 100% effective !! Eat half a papaya or an entire avocado. Sprinkle with sugar and add a dash of lemon. After that, drink a glassful of prune juice. Do not, repeat, go out or step outside your house. In one or two hours time everything you ate will go down the drain. Fast. Very fast !! Explosively fast !! Repeat as needed everyday. I'll give you a Rep if you say it did not work for you. Works like a charm and you don't feel weak after. And it is natural and healthy. Everyone who has tried it has given me a phone call cursing me and before hanging up said thank you 3 times !!

What's going on fellas. I've had a productive day. Took a 4 mile walk with the wife this morning, picked up my car that's been in the shop for 6 weeks waiting on an engine replacement from a recall. Pretty sweet having a brand new motor. I also got the front brakes changed, and had to get the damn steering column fixed... There's a chunk down the drain. But in essence I have a brand new 2011 car. No car payment = GOOD. Life is pretty sweet. Other than the fact I'm stuck in a watch rut. I feel I've been too busy stuck on Omegas, Pams, Tudors, & that one watch brand with some kind of kings crown on it? I don't know what I want to try next. I need to put a few vintage pieces in the mix, I'm also thinking of trying out the AP world. We'll see. Is there anything fun you've picked up lately that surprised you? It's time to get back in the game!

Doc ! That watch with a Kings Crown on the dial is called a Rolex !! And it is the King !! I wear it all the time I reign on my toilet seat. I feel invincible the moment I let go and reign terror down underneath me. Wear it with pride my friend. Nothing gives you that 'temporary power' over everything around you like it does to me !! I mean, ask TxRob, he knows what I mean. ............. On that AP you are thinking of getting, well I would ask TxRob first if it is 'proper' for a Texan to even attempt to wear one. He knows the drill. I should think he wont be amused, since it does not go well with a Stetson. .......... Now for another bag of buttered popcorn and contemplating my next move. ....... Hot today here in LA, another ice cold Coke is in order !

Good morning guys. Had a couple of busy days and today have a long drive to Scotland for work with another night away from home.

Doc, we all know that if you do ask Robbie, you will get two responses; "Huh?" and "Peegay". I have no watch funds at the moment as my spare cash is going into my pot for body art rather than wearable art, but there are a few I'd like to get/my wish list is growing. Until then, I have two Peegay's in my current line up and I love both of them. They are a little addictive though as I find myself wanting more AP than anything else. My wish list is over 75% AP.

I have somewhat of an aversion to the brand with a crown. In the UK at least, people treat it as a status symbol. An 'I've made it in life' badge to wear. People only buy Rolex because of the brand name, not for appreciation of what they are. And I actually don't like their models apart from the Cellini. I would have me some Tudor though. I loves the black Pelagos and the red BB.

If looking for something different, aside from AP, I would also recommend the Calibre de Cartier Diver. Great in two tone. You can try a cheapie from Stan for only about a hunned fiddy. I know our buddy Five-O loves Cartier too. Speaking of him, where are you Fiveostang

I'm here buddy and yes I do love Cartier haha. The calibre diver is beautiful but not for me. It's more accurate than the regular calibre but I like the regular calibre more. Don't get me started on these damn rep factories though. I mean how hard is it to reshape the case and find a movement thin enough to make the watch thin enough!!! It pisses me off like nothing else. You can get a sub case damn near perfect but the only super rep Cartier we get is the santos!!! Rant over hahaha

No sunshine today here in Los Angeles. It has been a gloomy "Seattle Day" here. And as I write this, it has been raining. Yes rain, a big deal here. A big unusual change for this area. So the roads are again slippery as hell. The bad drivers are out in force dodging each other on the freeways sliding sideways. A normal thing here. So having a cup of hot coffee now and getting into shape to hit the jungle out there. Just tested my double twin Hella freeway blaster horns. 130 db of pure power. I always enjoy blowing them when these idiots try a funny thing. Blast them I say !! Good horns need a workout every now and then. ...............My wife just gave me a thumbs up on that !!

Get your relaxation time on brother man! I'm sure it's well deserved. Mine starts next Weds-Mon shooting up to Michigan to see my wife's side of the family. When means late nights, steak, and a ton of booze.I need to prep thy liver.

most delicious champagne I've ever had. Puts Dom, ace of spades, clicquot, etc to shame. I can't wait to drink a bottle of Taittinger comtes de champagne rose next month.

Watched the movie "The Hateful Eight" [2015] [directed by Quentin Tarantino, Starring Kurt Russell and Samuel L. Jackson, etc.] last night. Almost 3 hours ! Mesmerizing, stunning and captivating. And the characters say it 'like it is'. Zero political correctness. Filmed in 70mm film. No digital shit here. ........... A movie I will never forget. And you wont too. Leaves you speechless with a smile after. ............. Watch it with a full belly. No popcorn. You wont need it, or want it. ............. I had a quite moment with a cup of coffee right after. So did my wife. :matty:

Thank you for that, its on my to-do list. Meant to go and see it last week but life and watches get in the way lol. Kurt Russell and Samuel L. Jackson in a film together is enough of a sales pitch for me.
