Sweated it out today again. Temps reached over 90 F degrees in some places here in LA County !! Lots of bright sun too !! Nice for early Feb. Nice !

Early start this morning for my run. It was only 2 C when I first went out so I had a compression skin on. Warmed up a bit as the sun came out and I'm sweating like a bee-otch now. Sh*t, shower, shave and then to my desk for the day. Off on my travels again tomorrow

My moring hasn't been that that cold [MENTION=69777]bkg![/MENTION] It was about 40F here on my bike ride this morning. Not gonna lie I feel a little hbat already! It was a painful one! I hope y'all have a great day!

Looks beautiful there buddy. Not dark and gloomy like it is here. Sure looks a nice place to go for a ride. I didn't get into cycling and ended up selling my roadie and buying my LBJ with the funds [emoji4] I keep my mountain bike for days out with the kids. Love getting out on the bikes in the summer. But for exercise, it did my back too much trouble.
40 F is fresh for you in Dallas, no? Normally a little warmer than that?

I would say 40F is pretty normal in the morning around this time. It should get up to about 60F today. The crazy thing about living in North Texas is that it could get up to 75F here one day, and the next day we have a sheet of ice on the ground. Dallas has some of the craziest weather. We just had a bunch or Tornados touch down here on Dec 26th and brought havoc upon this city!
There's sure been some shits and giggles type weather the world over these last 12 months.

I'm not going to lie. My throat hurt from the cold wind hitting me from the lake. You know, a warm 40 degrees....Summer in Minneapolis. I had to stop half way through to catch my breath. Once it warmed up a few degrees I was fine. But man. Cold weather, pushing myself as hard as I would when I would do an "easy 30 Mile"t this one only 10, cigars, and fat kid treats after being married has not helped. Being from New Orleans nobody's resolution is to get in shape at the beginning of January because we all know whats around the corner. Fat Tuesday... Being that its Ash Wednesday, I'm feeling it today, and again at 6:00AM. RATS!
Bashed my left thumb this afternoon try to close the trunk with an armful of groceries. Swollen a bit. Got caught in the gallon milk container and closing the trunk. Ouch !!
Ouch!!! I had something similar happen to me and lost my nail a few months later
that sucks! Hope it gets better soon you should probably have it checked to see if you broke it as I found out mine was broken a few months after....Wow guys! Going out tonight to a paint and drink thing, my GF has been wanting us to do one and even though I cannot paint and dislike it a lot, it was an easy and good way to get the V-Day out of the way Then off to see some stand up comedy with some friends.

I just got home from work. We're having Salmon tonight. Trying to be good Catholics! lol. [MENTION=105085]JBowen[/MENTION], lol you have to post photos tonight of your paint and drink party. At least you're getting it out of the way early. My wife is awesome she hates Valentines Day. We're going to our friends for Valentines day. She says its just like New Years. A night for amateurs Smoking brisket, and brats & drinking beers.
