I found a temporarily satisfactory work around. I took a thick paper clip, cut it and bent it into a U shape at the ends and tried to mould it to the curve of the mid case. .

Then put it in the holes for the prongs.

Result is acceptable.

Turned out to be more than temporary and is still going strong

is the v6f version the best out there? let's not talk about thickness. i am more on the dial itself.
Is the Asian movement dial exactly the same as the sw200?

if it is, i might pull the trigger on the Asian movement to try it out.

V6f is the best version currently.

The version with sw200 is a proper swiss movement and a thicker font (and closer to gen) on the date wheel overlay. The a2824 dial is the same imo; I did a thread on it a little while ago

Agreed.
The only issue is all of the TDs are saying the V6 Aquanaut is out of stock.

Thanks buddy, gonna heed your advice. I also think with the same factory, the dial can't be too much of a difference.
Probably gonna drop some cash on the asian movement for fun and maybe flip it later for the better upcoming version.
this game is addictive! allow me to try so many watches before deciding on moving to gen.

gosh that looks super frickin amazing!
i hate those cheap looking decoplates stuck on the movement, V6 or vsf or however they call themselves is putting a lot of effort in those"clone" like, good looking movements, if i´m not wrong i guess the Panerai p.9000 superclone is from them as well and it runs with +1 second in a whole week in my bronzo!
can someone please fast-forward a month? no chill here

Accept! All of them, including gen, have it in certain light. It's not noticable in bright day light. A

It's much more subtle on the gen. The rep is always yellow, whereas the gen goes from white/cream to a very pale yellow/green.

The hands are too green as well.

I'm about to send mine off for a relume and 2xAR

I think I am gonna wait for another batch and see. Since I am gonna get a couple from Toro. If it's all yellow then probably gonna accept it.

updates, toro sent me a new piece and the lume seems slight stronger and has a slighter less yellow tinge on the markers.
it's stil yellow though but I will take what it is now as the gen have complains as well, as compared to travel time 5164
