If you need a watch with good lume, you should consider a Panerai and an AP, especially a royal oak, isn't for you. Even gen APs have poor lume with regard to the intensity and duration.
Agreed, the divers are better reps. But it still is a solid rep overall. Would be curious to see the markers with light. Reminds me of the 5711 mkf v5.. a bit green-ish. Still understand why factories cant fix this.

to me, my TD told me that they will release the new version of 15202 at the end of the month ... so in my opinion this is always a first version!

Fully agree with Legend. Look, guys, AP (especially Jumbo) is not about lume in the dark.
If you are concerned that this is a tell the watch is not gen - it is, but it is the tell #100 in the list of tells.
If you are concerned about week lume in general - this watch is not for you, even the gen one.

Not really concerned about the LUME as in if it "works" but rather a tell. As long as the Rep is similar to the Gen it's fine. You're right, my Gen Rolex has a very strong Lume but planning to do like OP and get me a Gen AP 15202ST and get a Replica to beat up as often I find myself concerned in damaging or losing my watches in chaotic environments I find myself in usually during the night lol.
In my opinion AP looks much better than Rolex and is my style thus the reason I will invest in one by the end of the year, on the other hand I'd never wear a Panerai, I think they look bad and not for me. So my main concern is whether Rep Lume is a TELL or NOT when I'm out in the night and people realise Lume looks weird.

I really can't imagine a situation when somebody tells "wow, I was thinking it's a gen 15202 until I saw the lume in the dark" : )
Like said above, yes, this is a tell, but this is the tell number 100 in the list of tells, and before it there are 99 FAR more obvious tells, starting from tell #1: "this watch just looks different".
Also, I would strongly advise against naming your rep a gen, but this is a personal preference and to each it's own.
Jesus Christ it seems to me that for every 1 normal person in this forum there are 100 sick ones who twist and misinterpret things in their own world and assume that's the reality.
