Is there a resident Rolex modder that can do the ARF dial/bezel transplant to the Noob base watch? I'd be interested in a fully modded one.
Thank you bro!!!Fascinating thread and amazing work there. I can't remember how I found this forum but I've spent about a week reading all the threads on the 116500 in white and was wondering how hard it would be to mod the Noob edition with ARF or original dials and this is a sensational piece of work. I have to say I can't see the difference in bezel but I'm definitely new to the rep world.
As has been asked, I think if someone were to offer this mod, without necessarily even filing the case down I would seriously struggle not to buy it. I think I've read a few posts of people holding out for Noob v2 when they may hopefully clean up the dials.
Shotgun - congratulations on your fine work and receipt of the Gen 116500. You're a lucky man. An eBay search today showed up a 2018 boxed, papers, stickered version for £18.5k!
I *think* you're just over the border from me in Italy (I'm UK). I don't suppose you want to do another?
Thank you bro!!!

any recomended that where can i do a modified for my AP?
Hi all,
could somebody tell me which one looks gen? Daytona arf v2 or noob 1:1. Noob costs at time 200 dollar more then arf Version, but it’s fully functionally chrono. I read that arf dial and clasp are better. Is it really so? Sorry for my Englisch, i’m Italian.
thanks all
Has anyone considered modding the ARF case to take the Noob 4130 movement? Can it be opened up to accomodate Noob's movement?
I have an amazing ARF 116500 V1, and would like to retain the superior ARF bits (dial, bezel, bracelet and, if I am not mistaken, case shape) and transplant the Noob movement.
Does it make sense?
Otherwise, I believe that the ARF is great apart from the thickness: I could consider transplanting a gen crystal gasket, but I don't know if this s enough to achieve Gen-like thickness.
Which solution would you go for (apart from sticking ARF's dial and bezel on a noob, but that implies buying two entire watches to get one)
Thank you in advance for your replies
