It's been a very very very hectic week. There are so many different samples to go through and production is on going for a couple of models. Anyways, here are the pics of the latest progress. Just made the tachy out of aluminium. The movement ring for the LWO is done and we are testing it now. The finishing is done on the case and it fits perfectly with the rubber parts. The glass has been ordered and should be ready in a few days time. Now the only outstanding parts are the pushers/ crowns and the screws.

A little tired to type more, so here are the pictures of a mock assembly.

Also turns out our first sample for the strap is most accurate. The new one is too small.

a smaller tube pinion will be able to take a smaller hour hand ring?

i really dont know where to start with those big rep hour and minute hands rings.

i try to buff it down, but it just cracks....i guess the a7750 just difficult or impossible...

A smaller tube means the hand won't fit on the hour pinion.......... you can't buff it down because hands are made of brass and plated. Buffing will reveal the brass.

i want to re-plated it after buffing.

but no success until now. , already destroy 3 sets of hands....

hope slaughterer will have more luck than me.

its just desperation mate, if you can make a smaller ring rep hands to fit a 7750, i GUARANTEE you will get hips of buyers here.

Thread bump. Sorry for getting everyone's hopes up. I know it takes a lot of time to get all the individual components right but I was wondering if you were willing to sell the midcase, movement ring and caseback separately from everything else that still needs to be done. I think these are the three most difficult parts to mod and would allow members to review the cases and build more interest for the rest of the components when they are ready. Just a thought......
