Thats what i was told, maybe they work with smaller factories and just market it. I’ll keep you posted and will definitely get one if it’s around the same price as the patek movement.

The balance wheel is clearly free-sprung and last I heard they couldn't do FS balances

Looking at the back of the movement you can see the regulator arms. The balance wheel itself seems to be lacking the regulator weights which are typically found on a FS Balance.

The engravings on the back also lack refinement whilst they're non-existent on the front. Finish looks over all good though - looking at what we've gotten until today haha.

Let's hope it will be within an acceptable price range - looking at the 4130 I always have to remind myself that factories don't have to crank up the prices to get decent results. This RM will of course not be as popular as a Daytona rep but then again it is not a column wheel chronograph either.

You're right, sorry. Thanks for the clarification. I don't know how to tell the difference they all look like clones to me I can't tell the difference between the same clone from 2 different factories.

I didn't see the regulator arms on first watch, but when he pulls the crown and hacks the movement it sure looks like there's a little c-weight on the balance arm! If they're doing it with a regular balance that's less impressive but much, much more plausible. Let's see where this goes, if it's real and reasonably priced I think a lot of us would buy one.

Can I ask you bro, what is the difference between these crazy high expensive clones and the BBR v2? Why would they ask that when there is already such a well known movement already around. Aside the fact if it is made of like gen like materials or some shit ... I don't think so tho.

On a separate note, I have another unrelated question regarding advice for my next RM. I've narrowed it down to the 35-02 automatic, and down to 3 factories. BBR , Sonic , T+F
Sonic seems to be #1 but most expensive
T+F seems to be basically as good as sonic but slightly cheaper
BBR seems to be the cheapest with least gen like case ect

Any input you can give as to which would be the best? I'm thinking of just getting the BBR cause I'm not the pickiest and I can't tell the difference with my eyes the differences in the case. But if the movement or something significant is better then I will get the better watch. Thank you in advance.

Well to answer your first question. One is almost a 1 :1 clone of Gen, BBR is much different (bridges, balance wheels etc)

I see now. Yeah I can see after looking at the video that it is way crazier. Idk call me simple or easy to please or cheap but I think that I would be good with a modded BBR. Although 7k is nothing compared to the real piece so this is a stupid steal. I'm glad to see the movement has become so stable that they can mod it this heavily reliably. I remember a couple years ago WeChat dealers trying to sell BBR v1 for 20k movement only loooool. Thanks for your clarification.

Pm me and I’ll gladly give it to you but please listen to staff when they tell you something. We already have so much other stuff to deal with that would be better spent time than repeating the same thing over and over again.

It looks there is a RMUL3 version too, it can be seen it is not gen by some details (most evident spacing of the arms holding the movement), but looks really nice.

Yeah I know you did, quite honestly I am embarrassed because I forgot because I am on here a lot and needless to say you're right. It's honestly a lot harder for me to navigate the actual forums (when I need to go back and find something I talked to someone about that is awhile back, for example) and vs the PMs where you write the topic of the PM and you see everything said. It's hard to remember what section, of what post, of what page we discussed it if you can understand where I'm coming from. That being said I apologize if you feel like I ignored your advice because I didn't I just forgot about it at the time of posting. I honestly should just scroll down my recent notifications and see when the last time your name pops up and see what you said, just because I don't wanna be the guy who's asking to be spoonfed just because he has a shit memory.
