I see while modders use their hands to polish and bevel so not 100% consistent.
Looking at the photo I feel like the bezel is still fat though.

The dial looks fine in person, the odd tint is the photos. I'll take some more next week, I'm just too busy right now.

You are the second to say that, I'm unsure as no one of the others have mentioned it.
I notice that the dial seems not centered…I don’t think it will happen to modded watch like this, could it be just the angle of the image…?

Dial is fine, it's distortion thru the crystal.
Actually, that's my one complaint (apart from the crown once some smartass had to point it out to me
), I would have liked to see a quality AR crystal at this price point (that fact has been communicated to VSV). Who can tell me if the gen has AR or not?

I'm no expert but I am pretty sure Gen doesn't have it.

Anyone put AR coating on a Nautilus?
I know gen doesnt have it, but Im getting the itch to put AR on a 5711 when I get it. I just like the way watches look with AR coating. Has anyone done it? I wonder if you had it done on gen, would people think its sacrilegious?

Well, that's why this one doesn't. I'd still like to add it, it makes such a difference and I'd do the same to the gen.
Well it's good, but.....
- The bezel is imo to fat, needs a bit of work.
- PPF dials are good, we used them in builds before. But most of them have a purple hue (Makes them unusable) and the hourmakers ALWAYS has to be reshaped and white gold plated.
- Buff hands are the only correct shaped rep hands i've seen so far, and they still needs to have the rough edges cleaned, relumed and white gold plated
- The datewheel looks good, but i always end up going gen here.
- The case looks good as is, so does the bracelet.
- The movement is a whole other level, and yes, stunning.
For the price point, i would expect more work to go into this.

Would you say the movement is basically an engraved cloned 3kf or is it even better?

I’m looking at both my Nautilus and the bezel and crown depth are the same.
I agree, there are variations in gen. But this bezel needs work, the proportions are not correct. It's the best OTB i've seen so far, but it would still need a slight correction.
Overall this is a great release, but it would still need work like the 3kf. Just a bit less
This one has a free sprung balance wheel. I cant speak on the longevity of this movement, but the looks are way better than the stock 3kf
