Okay, if i've read correctly the newer batches aren't as good as the first ones. So if the newer ones dont have strong lume and the color is more white than the older ones is there a point of getting this or am I better off getting a 292 pam for half the price?

I have a newer one and I think it is still pretty nice.
All 4 screws required T4, not T3, on mine.
