Guys i saw there is an 21j movement version as well. What is different between 23j and 21j ? i can see the 21j is cheaper.

got a chance to try both of the factories versions, although not sure of the name?

was very close to buying the less shinier one, but then they showed me the one on the left. Then decided I'm gonna go to the Cartier AD and have a look to see which version is more accurate. I'm assuming the one on the right is better?

I ve get it from Andrew it is the 21j version.
I don't know much about the different versions.

Search the forum for the Vietnamese stripmaker. He made a beautiful custom strap for my Cartier Calibre, which has the same strap. Will try to post pics later. You can also try via his Ebay shop.
