UPDATE^^^^^^^^^So i got a second opinion on this sub from a veteran member i sent it to.....To mod it for me!
He indeed said it was for sure gen construction....And indeed is a old WM9 ...Its under construction and will post pics soon!
Congrats to FiveO now you can mod until your heart is content !!
