DHL problem???? Clearance Event

I've given up on receiving mine, I my thing that sucks is that it will be almost a month until I receive that letter and the TD sends a replacement. Part of the rep game I guess

So does it typically take roughly a month to receive one of these letters? And would you say at least with DHL you'll always get the "please contact DHL" on tracking. I only ask as I have not yet received this. At this point I just want them to hurry up and send the letter ugh.

This whole situation sucks but it's good we have such understanding TDs and a great community to discuss all this in

First Chicago and now Cincy...I had 2 in August no problems. Now have to wait weeks with snail mail.

I have one just cleared customs in LAX and being delivered to me here tomorow in downtown LA.

I also had one last week confiscated by DHL in Cincinnatti, this new one is replacing it.

One of mine is "with delivery courier" for delivery by end of today and the other cleared customs today for delivery tomorrow. Both came thru the LAX hub. I guess Cincin is the new black hole.

I was notified mine has been detained and I should receive a letter within 30 days... It has already been 12 so not much longer I guess....

Oh man. I just put in an order for a PAM from Ryan seeing as he was nice enough to extend the sale but now I'm worried. Luckily it's a Chinese holiday and they won't even start my order until 10/5. Hopefully DHL gets all this customs crap out of their system by then! My first order from Toro was 7 days payment to door via DHL Cini earlier this month.
