DHL problem???? Clearance Event

I was wondering if it says "shipping info received " but package has no other ipdated for 2 weeks. Does that mean its not been shipped ? Just the label has been created ??

The label was created but not shipped yet. It's usually shipped from Hong Kong. I am pretty sure a local courier has your package and is taking it to DHL facility in Hong Kong from Mainland China. That's why the shipping status hasn't changed.
Its been almost 2 weeks since that no further update. I knownit useually takes day or two max never 2 weeks ..

I recently have 3 packages going through OH. All 3 went through custom, cleared,processed, and departed facility but I'm getting "Please contact DHL" for the first one, the other 2 shows as "Shipment on Hold". One of the package has been there for the past 3 days and today, I received a call saying a package is coming tomorrow with a whole new tracking number ( can't track it for some reason). I'm not sure if this new tracking is for the first package thats going to address X or for the 2 new packages going to address Y.
Do you guys think my packages are gone?

There are no DHL facilities near me. Mine arrive in a city about 1.5 hours away and then deliver next day as normal HOWEVER once I got a weird update on tracking after arriving. Chatted with DHL and found out they had given it to USPS to deliver and they did provide me the new USPS tracking number and it was delivered by USPS 2 days later
I've never had a package say shipment held though

I guess they cant handle the deliveries any more due to incoming holiday, mine were delivered on saturday,talk to delivery guy , i said i thought you dont deliver on saturday without a fee,he told me that are having a hard time catching up to their deliveries.
Btw mine passed custom like a breeze no event, just cinci recieve, processed, out for delivery.

Your package is gonne tbh when ever there is delay or stayed in custom for 2-3 days then you have a problem

The first package that tells me to contact DHL, it has left custom and in Baltimore. They usually deliver it to me from there. The other 2 however is in custom, latest update was today. Hopefully it'll leave and head to Baltimore as well. I'm still curious about the new tracking number. They said that it will arrive tomorrow so I'll keep you guy posted if it came through and whether if its the first package.

Yes i did it just had problem with hong kong shipping. And then clearance took couple of hours
