Please explain the coronet flaw. I cant seem to see it, although I went through the thread(For reference)
) what is the tell?Check the high res comparison pics a few posts back for better view but the crown logo at the 12 has too wide a hole in it compared to gen.
Yeah, super obvious that the crown "hole" is too big, different V3 have various crown attached to it, just select the best.Please explain the coronet flaw. I cant seem to see it, although I went through the thread
Looks like from the gen side by side that the panda has a bigger hole in the coronet at 12:00 than the black dial. Maybe that explains why some of the CF blacks have the “wrong” big hole coronet…as they used the one that goes in the panda.
Same as the qc that I’ve got from theonewatches.(For reference)
Large hole coronet. And was told to wait for another 3-4 weeks for the next batch.
Received second QC from Steve. Again with the wide coronet. Seems like all latest batches have wide coronet.
Yeap. I got 2 qc from them both also the same big hole coronet.
I hope Steve is not passing around the rejected dial around to all of us. That would be crazy.

Most of the V3 in general have wide hole coronets ever since the v3 was released. It wasn’t till recently on some where CF used the smaller hole ones.
But don’t be too worried about this. These macro photo shots thats zoomed in 10x makes it appear obvious in photos, but in person no one can see that from a wrist distance. I had saw the wide hole coronet concern on my QC, but once I received the watch I never noticed it anymore.

You guys are to picky. That watch look Verry nice, you will never see that hole in real life. Do you guys understand How small this things are? The dial it selfe is verry small and imagine the mini cornet on the dial. You guys should relax and enjoy the watches insted of nitpicking over that small tings

The gen dial coronet seems big.
Strange Gen panda has different coronets. Panda has big hole vs black dial. Now it makes sense why CF messed up their corontes in V3. Seems like they built new cornotes for panda and ended up swapping the same on the black dial.
