DAYTONA V3 CLEAN FACTORY 116500 BLACK

I'm new here, just sharing my observations. The new CF v3 thou have less shinny sub dials, the numbers eg. 30, 40, 20 etc are floating away from the edge of the black disk. I think that's an instant tell and signature of the CF v3 black.

So best setup for a black 116500 looks like, "BTF + CF v3 Black Dial + Gen Crystal" now. Will be a great rep for ~$1.3K.

Those sub dial hands at 3 and 9 look like they inspired the original BTF. Just goes to show that there’s enough variation in gen to make most of the “instant tells” rather meaningless.

Both BTF and Clean are good enough IMO - there is so little room left for improvement now.

I’ll keep my BTF crystal as well - no need to downgrade it a not-as-clear gen crystal.

Fat subdials - wouldn't say the v3 is miles ahead of BTF. Irrespective of the shine on BTF, the crystal and build quality are a work of art. Better buy than clean imo

Not a V3, those are V1/V2 thickness Sub-dials.

Movement closeups showing the balance wheel adjusters are also labeled wrong... and not just the "Clear" labels instead of Clean.

V2 also are too shiny, on v3 they fixed thickness and shinnes

Little bit fatter and the colour is off.

BTF and clean are both good - just depends which flaws you can live with

they all have the same movement, real clone with all working like genuine

I think that your eyes work much better on White Panda Dials than they do on Black Dials.

Do your lines please, i really cant see or im seeing only a hair thicker but like really like a 0.001 mm thicker

Got a question for who owned both CF & BTF at the same time,

Its said that bezels are same but it looks like BTF bezel has deeper engravings than CF, so numbers looking a little darker. CF looks more white under many different lighting conditions.

Is that right - or maybe its just me.
