Probably too much demand but also they weren't successful so they scrapped it. I don't blame them for removing the threadsI wonder why they’re both removed. Was he getting too much interest? I know the 2.0 version couldn’t keep up with demand
Please! Awesome contribution SirThank you for the high praise! I’ve got a plethora of pictures and process related tidbits. I should really sit down and make a dedicated post.
QF and APSF have weighted versions.
They are perfectly fine, difference if any is not noticeable. How good are they compared to BTF or CF?
Junk. Pass.@iliketosmile
CBD isn’t full tungsten
i didn’t notice in qc but now it seems they’re using the the YG case mold from the 126xxx daytonas?
The lugs aren’t straightened out under the case like the YG 116xxx and it’s not steep enough to be the RG case.
-The links are thicker and it comes with 13 links instead of 12. Bezel font is wrong all the way around.
The bracelet has 2 tungsten core pieces out of 3 compared to QF which is 1 out of 3.
a lot of things that aren’t accurate vs gen but I was going to change out the bezel, dial and hands to SW.
Honestly it’s not bad from CBD.
It could be a good base to work from if you get the correct case for the build you want.

Note - QF weight is only in the straps. The head has zero added weight. The straps QF provides have tungsten blocks in them - adds around 32 grams.QF and APSF have weighted versions.
Did you ever have the ZF 116519 in hand, supposedly a tungsten head as wellNote - QF weight is only in the straps. The head has zero added weight. The straps QF provides have tungsten blocks in them - adds around 32 grams.
APSF is a solid tungsten head with a foil-like wrap. Prone to damage but if you get a good one, you should be fine.
I have a ZF Tungsten 116515 at home that I had planned to use in a build. The case back is noticably thicker. ZF is 12.5mm thick compared to Gold Factory, CF & BTF at 12.2mm.Did you ever have the ZF 116519 in hand, supposedly a tungsten head as well

How does this work on the QF weight gain with oysterflex on?Note - QF weight is only in the straps. The head has zero added weight. The straps QF provides have tungsten blocks in them - adds around 32 grams.

Not sure anybody has a tungsten clasp.... OF straps I see no reason why not similar to gen, even gen weighs very little
He means that they added weight to the rubber strap lolNot sure anybody has a tungsten clasp.... OF straps I see no reason why not similar to gen, even gen weighs very little
