The case weight is 136g so it seems that this is not the same as the old Gold Factory case which was touching 150g

Anyways,They went on a diet after raid
Why you do this to me bro.. I might or might not have meassge my dealer about ordering me one of them aps ones ...Anyways,
From what I can see, Gold is quite expensive, but I think amongst all the "tungsten" oysterflexes they have the best out of the box Daytonas. you are right the sunburst dial and others look really good. Almost Clean level, I think the bezel looks a little worse than Clean but everything else (including rehaut) is top tier.
However, if we're looking at "value" for a "base" watch to mod then I think maybe I would not go GOLD but instead APS or the new ZF Daytonas which can be had at 60% of the cost of Gold. And I will use the savings to buy the new dial/crystal/hands, etc.
More Daytonas for the meteorite king!!!!Why you do this to me bro.. I might or might not have meassge my dealer about ordering me one of them aps ones ...
Can I ask which dealer please. I would like to orderI just got QC from my dealer last week for RG one. He said my WG one should be within next couple weeks maybe.
Pretty shitty thing to have happen. At least it happened early in his ownership and is getting it resolved.@Reaps
Hey brother look at this..
Custom modded Daytona
Hello all, hopefully I can get some constructive advice here for an issue ive got with a custom Daytona I ordered from Chazingtime. So I received the watch today after a coupe of months from ordering. No problem with waiting as it was a custom order. $970 in value...forum.replica-watch.info
I thought these tungsten were all in the caseback.. very surprised to see this "wrapped" around the case.. That's prob where the extra weight comes from with apsPretty shitty thing to have happen. At least it happened early in his ownership and is getting it resolved.
At least this gives us a better understanding of how some of these cases may be constructed. Time will tell if this will be a common problem or not.
So far my Gold Factory case is perfect. Worn regularly. Had it white gold plated. Been wearing it a few times a week since about April.
Making only the case back from tungsten wouldn't be enough to get the increased weight they are getting. Even if they used pure tungsten which this is most likely a Cu-W mix.I thought these tungsten were all in the caseback.. very surprised to see this "wrapped" around the case.. One of the first batches of tungsten alloy'd watches with improper mixture and polishing so the plating rubbed off almost immediately. I saw somewhere somebody's APSF watch have the exact same problem.Got any specifics on this?
