I haven´t seen one DJ with the correct crown logo on the dial yet. All lack the "3d effect" on the 5 circle tips of the crown that the real ones have.

just got one of these and i gotta say, its a beautiful watch.
the sunburst dial is nicely finished.
the clasp on mine is kinda weak and the top part of it rattles a little.
anyone know how to fix this?

cyclop was a bit crooked but easy fix after seeing this thread.

the gen like crystal gasket construction is very nice.

Some times the sides of the clasp can be massaged in with some smooth pliers...use tape to protect the finish. Which part exactly seems loose?

the part that lifts up.. the little part with the hinge.
i have no idea how its supposed to sit but i know a gen rolex wouldnt rattle. :lol:

not really a big deal but it would be nice if there was a fix for it.

would you by chance know if any of the ebay crystals would work for this?

the LEC is typical rep.
id rather not have it than be obvious.

these polished bits are absolutely impossible to keep scratches off of...

It's noob.
Figured out the clasp issue. I guess the little bar in the clasp got Brent during shipping. Just bent it back a little and it's solid.

Now ow I just gotta figure out how to get the dirt off the dial/hands and get a clear crystal (mine was cloudy)

I think we can all agree that the elephant in the room here is the date wheel alignment. Since these are otherwise fantastic reps, has anyone found a solution? If not, does anybody know of someone we can lobby to make an overlay for these?

my date wheel is pretty much centered all through.
the date window is a bit small so the double digits sit too close to the edge but im not much i can do about that unless i upgrade to a gen dial

Shame that DJ reps don't get more attention from the factories. Fixing the cutout would be a simple fix on their end, but not an easy one on ours.

Eh. People still buy them and they can do a v2 later with that fix and another error and sell another 5000.

The noob DJII is a damn good factory rep though. The date fonts are good. The case and build quality is very nice. Even most of the rehaut lines up perfectly. All rare qualities from a factory rep.

Was never really a Dj fan and prob would never have bought it. Got mine in a trade and now I want more.

The only thing i notice is the differences between rep bezel and gen bezel
The rep somehow looks sharper and bigger compared to the gen
