I think the Blancpain Fifty Fathoms from ZF factory is one of the best reps for the money out there.
Yeah, great watch. The only issue with those are the clicks of the Bezel that is too cheap and make the Noob V1 better, but for the rest they are awesome.
When it comes to Rolex I still think there is much to be done on the movements I have many Noobs and the movement starts to go too quickly for a watch that is supposed to be one of the best. Thanks to the original poster for posting such a rigidly monitored list which should be helpful for any new person entering into this collecting world. I literally have a drawer full of nonworking so-called hi quality reps bought from TD's
You're welcome.
Sucks for your drawer full of nonworking reps. Movement reliability is taken seriously in this guide, that's why I recommend to service some of the watches.
I just wish they could come out with:
A relatively decent AP Royal Oak Offshore.
A decent quality long lasting Daytona if somebody could achieve this it would probably blow up the watch market
A decent reliable correct hand stack GMT II I had both of the last batch and both failed twice.
If we could get the above three in the same ballpark as the FF we would be off to the races
What you mean "they could come out with" ? The TDs ?
A relatively decent AP Royal Oak Offshore ? The JF V7 is awesome and reliable.
I agree with the two others.
