To be honest: i see no difference regarding the crown. I see two different watches, different scratches, slightly different camera angle. But a noticeable gap-difference… sorry, no! Not with that zoom, so neither with the naked eye for shure. But hey, That’s positive!

Could it be that you have mistaken with the pictures or the description in advance? I understood it like that the criticism is that the crown sits too tightly on the case. After checking once again, in your first picture you can then see a little bit of the seal. In the second, the crown actually sits a µ tighter. But the first picture is supposed to be the rep, and the second the gen. Everything regarding your first comparison post. So if the pictures were accidentally mixed up, then I am completely with you!

Thanks for reading. This review is now 2 years old and I can tell you some improvements VSF made on this model: Bracelet, Pearl color, Rehaut polishing, and Movement (no winding issue anymore).

Thanks for this amazing info @derjenigewelcher. I’ve never really considered a submariner before as I’m more of an Omega fanboy. But I think a VSF 6digit sub may have to be added to the list!

From my memory the Clean bracelets are quite close to gen, not gen but close.

This was a VSF from 2021, so CLEAN and also VSF improved.

If asked today, I would go VSF stock also.

The last couple of VSF 126600LN I’ve had the 30 on the bezel is slightly misaligned when the pearl is dead on the 12, anyone else had this…
