Looking real sharp!
Cant day that I agree with the whole "looks like cheddar ". Gold looks just a tas bit darker but no where near cheddar.

If possible please take some shots in sunlight so we can get a real look at the bezel and how the grey plays like in the sun.

It would help to switch to a correct white balance in the camera of your phone: tungsten or fluorescent or flash. Even here right there where the light hits directly I do not see any colour overcharge.

I’ve seen a lot worse “cheddar” on other watches. Looking forward to seeing it in daylight and also comparing it to my Flan plated Daydate when that arrives. That will be the good comparison IMO.

Keep in mind that gen Rolex gold appears darker on jubilee than it does on oyster due to shadowing dynamics.

That 126713 is sweet! Rolex has a winner with that model. Beautiful.

Not going to wait for the day date from him like I originally said. The gold is just to off on this to leave it.

He’s agreed to ship both watches to me together. Will be like Christmas!

In artificial light it didn’t look bad. It is noticeably different in sunlight though.

Still think it’s passable unless you have a gen next to it. But I’ve noticed it now and want it as close to gen as possible

I just recently got a 2 tone Rootbeer plated by flan dad. Looks amazing and is now one of my fav watches.

Real shame that we dont have anyone in EU that does this.

Ill be rocking this without a re-plating once it lands.
Maybe if im lucky someone picks up this practice again within the EU.
