Clean has reduced all current Daytona price to get ready for 126xxx models

Guys, no need to panic ;-)
Do you remember what happened when Noob was raided? And less than a year later, nobody wanted to know anything more about Noob because there was now the newcomer Clean and a factory called BTF, whose name we laughed at first.
The 12XXX reps now seem to be in good hands with Clean and something will be found for the rest. Perhaps from a factory that we don't even know yet.
The market for the 11XXX models is simply too big and is currently only partially covered by BTF.
If I were Clean, I would first cause a big panic to get the stocks empty before CNY, then after CNY I would launch the 12XXX models at premium prices and a few weeks later relaunch the 11XXX models that are supposedly no longer in production with a second brand. Because that's what it's all about: selling as many watches as possible.

Only exception I would say is that the 116520 for Clean is undoubtedly supreme, so grab those. The rest BTF is basically comparable overall.
There are also some Gold- and Racing-Dial-models that are for now exclusive made from Clean.
Now every clown will be rushing to sell their Clean Daytonas. Only to see that the new movement is inferior.

The thing is I agree with you about the 2nd factory opening up. Clean just invested to make new batches of the Platona 116506 just 3 months ago, the process to make a brown bezel, and those dials, I really doubt they'll stop their cash cow model the Daytona.
Inb4 Clean Panda Daytonas at "special" price of $4444!

It is something similar to 4130 but slightly different in structure, with 55h PR, added a decoration plate.

Why stop the older 4130 movements? I’m going to predict there still will be people interested in it.
Take subs for example, while the 3235 movement is arguably ‘better’ than the 3135, I’m still seeing a healthy demand for the older 116610 Subs. Would the same hold true for the 4130 Daytonas?

After having gone through a few raids and panic buys in the past, and totally got sucked into the hype, I’m not biting this time.
My guess is they want to unload the stock they have for a “reduced” price, knowing that another factory or whoever will be selling these for even less in the next year.
Profit on the stock they still have, move on to the new latest greatest, marked up a huge amount.
Having said that I’ll probably be first in line to spend $900 on a 100th anniversary Daytona if they make one.

There is no reason for any hype or even panic. BFT and ZF are still in the market. I think clean will need at least a V2 to match the gen.
