Because this arf movement is a decorated 4130.

The clean movement will be a true clone.

The AR+F movement isn't just a decorated SH4130... there are real mechanical differences between a stock SH4130 and the SH4131 used in the AR+F 126500 Daytonas. As I mentioned above:

1. The SH4131 used in the AR+F has a different crown wheel (thinner parapets see PINK)
2. The SH4131 used in the AR+F has a different vertical clutch jaw assembly (no independent jaw spring see YELLOW).
3. The SH4131 used in the AR+F has different peening on the hammer spring assembly (see BROWN).

The SH4131 used by AR+F also has outward facing beat and regulator arms (RED and GREEN), and it doesn't have a fake hairpsring stud (BLUE).

Rather fortunate and unfortunate at the same time. Always feel fortunate to see advancements, but I have zero desire to move into a 126xxx model. The design doesn't move me at all. But knowing my nature, that opinion may change over time.

Leaves more marketshare for BTF and the others now. It will be interesting to see the effect of CFs departure on the 116xxx market in the coming year.

First question I asked my preferred dealers is BTF still going to produce the 116500 and I got a YES. So no panic buying for me quite yet.

Doesn’t seem the price is updated on their website yet so 768$ for the 116520 right now. So I assume 698$ after the reduced price. Have contacted @CTime to confirm how I can order.

I think there's a difference between talking about a replica watch factory having a business contract with a movement factory to exclusively use the 4130 vs the accusation of "TD cartel"....

It's because loads of people blame or accuse RWI of factilitating taking payments to promote TDs and therefore monopolize sales of replica watches... like a cartel...

See I would be inclined to agree with you but a large portion of the RWI base uses non TDs. So that argument kinda falls apart. If the TD cartel truly existed they would be cracking down on all of that.

The TDs offer a level of safety provided by the forum. Non TDs you save money and time but lack trust and no resolution platform.
