Are you sure you're comparing the same variants? Mk 1, Mk 2, Mk 3?

Clean and ARF share the same Pepsi V3 insert but I don't know about Batman or Bruce Wayne

I can't say firsthand bro I haven't had an ARF GRNR in hand. Trusty pics do show ARF gray to look a tad lighter shade I think but ofc studio lighting at the time plays a big role. Also the shade can vary between batches. Maybe ask a TD, or look on Alibaba for a lighter shade high quality one. There are vendors there that sell major factory parts (like Sillan), though often you have to buy two of something.
