Its super easy to change bezel/crystal . Look for tutorials on youtube if you are unsure. Buy some basic tools and masking tape from ebay and you are good to go.

You add your time and price for tools.
This is already became a hobby, not just walk and buy some accesory like you do with your belt. You take a belt in the shop, you dont wanna waste time on cutting it, you wannt your size, ready for use.
Then dont change crystal. The watch comes with a crystal installed so go with that, some ppl (like my selfe) uppgrade the crystals, offen to gen or Deep for better clarity
I wish I could do it.
Its perfect, because gen crystal is so much cooler.

I did change the crystal by my self with the risk of breaking it. The glass, bezel insert or even the gasket. But it’s easy even with a cheap tool. At least for me

I got today my QC from Steve for the BTF Panda. What i noticed, that it looks like that BTF has now the wrong coronet with the big mouth.

Those are all pretty good, high quality replicas. You can't go wrong with any of them being close to gen and I guarantee you that on the wrist , someone standing 6 feet away (2 meters) will NOT be able to identify them as a replica. NO WAY.

The real challenge you can get is that buying a Daytona new at retail is night impossible right now. But only watch geeks or flippers will know that.

Here a picture with a better resulution. There is the BT sticker on. I see this for the first time at BT.
