Well not according to my watch smith. Full service to him means a total disassembly of the movement, cleaning, lubricating and re-assembly. And according to him it's totally not necessary for a newly purchased rep.
But if you want to split hairs with the definition/semantics of one and the other, knock yourself out.

Matter of fact, that's how Rolex does a full service when you send in your watch for a "full service". Total disassembly, cleaning, lubricating, re-assembly and replace any worn parts if needed. That's what they did with my 16710 Pepsi.

Look... this is stupid. You want to say it's a revision and that's fine. Rolex and many other watch makers I've dealt with call it a service. I'm not going to argue with you over something stupid like this.

"Upon receiving your watch, a member of staff notes any requests you may have. The watch is then sent to a watchmaker.
The movement, still fitted with its dial and hands, is removed from the case – from which the bracelet has already been detached. The movement, case and bracelet will follow separate paths during servicing before being reassembled at the end of the process.
The movement is entirely dismantled and all the parts are carefully examined. Those that no longer meet Rolex requirements are systematically replaced.
Each component is cleaned in an ultrasonic bath to remove all traces of impurities
The cleaned components are dried, after which the movement is entirely reassembled and lubricated. The watchmaker makes the first adjustments to the precision of the movement according to the brand’s accuracy criteria."

Same here. As someone with a Noob I still dont know if it's worth upgrading. I do see big changes in case shape, I think it comes down to dial.

can you post your watch please? I wanna see the dial becouse many of noobs said v4 but they are not I can spot if it is.. for me if its the last version noob the dial is the best on a rep clean is better quality but its wrong
