Different case shape. You’ll be fine.Hey guys,
I have the clean daytona panda and I am in love with it so I want to buy another one. My question is does the daytonas that are white or yellow “gold” have bigger dimensions that the ss daytonas. Is this true, the panda fits perfect on my 16-16.5cm wrist so I dont wont to get a bigger watch. Will apreciate all of the answers from you guys. Have a nice day!
So lets say the platinum blue dial daytona dosent sit on the wrist bigger or thicker than the ss panda or black dial?Different case shape. You’ll be fine.
Case dimensions by factory are the same regardless of the finish. Clean SS case dimensions = Clean yellow gold dimensions
Ok thank you for the information, I was asking because I saw a few posts that the precious metal daytonas are bigger than ss ones. What I meant was the case dimensions for a SS Daytona from CF should be the same for a gold plated Daytona from CF give or take 0.25mm
the side profile of precious metal daytonas is similiar to the yacht master , rather than the sleek low profile ss daytonas. from the top view not much differentOk thank you for the information, I was asking because I saw a few posts that the precious metal daytonas are bigger than ss ones.

Not in my experience. You’ll be fine.So the precious metals looks thicker than the ss panda or black dial?
That’s normal for CF. I just had my dial swapped for RBF.Just received my CF 116519LN grey dial earlier this week. OOTB the dial seems to have a bit too much red to it. Indoors with the lights on, the dial gives off a pink/rosey hue which I'm not really a fan of. Even in the shade outdoors (last pic) it shows off a pinkish hue.
Is this consistent with what you guys are seeing from CF or is it just this batch? I was hoping it would be a cooler tone of grey
Where did you source your RBF dial from? Where‘d you get it swapped out? RBF makes an ice blue daytona Arabic I want to buy.
What part of the dial is called coronet?Check here, you will see both type of coronets in gen: https://www.rolexforums.com/showthread.php?t=793281

Thanks e1phantom, that’s a great comparison photo. Your RBF dial has a bit of a cooler tone which looks great. How does it compare to gen?
