I have seen on rolex forum that a member there have done a review on different year models of the black and white dial and even gen. watches has diferent color tone and shines.

What a great review, thanks for posting the link. Looks like none of the gen white dial variations has that glossy shine of the CF subdials.

I agree on the watch itself, great case and bezel. But the subdials are still horribly wrong. Way too fat. A shame they can’t get the dial right.

I don’t think you can go wrong with any version of dial with this watch, especially after seeing the latest post that has so many different variations of the gen. Will finally be pulling the trigger.

The picture shows the set of watches that were studied, not the set of variations. There still may be 10 or so variations found, but based on small differences in font and printing. Regarding subdial sizes and colors there are no variations mentioned.

The color of the subdials looks to be fixed which was the most obvious flaw of the CF white dial. The size seams unchanged.

This is the previous version CF dial with uncorrected color and an early gen ˋflat 4 serif´ side by side. Would be interesting to see the comparison with the updated CF sometime later.

About the dial printing error at 33 position, have checked with factory.
Got answered as:
This is just a dial printing error on the sample they gave us, their official release stock wont have this issue.

116520 it’s one of the watches with the most variations as showed in the picture.
Even an expert will have to sit down and research and even tho he won’t be able to tell if the build has gen dial, hands, crystal, bezel and full balance and full auto works. Not cheap but great build and parts prices seems to be dropping now.

dail looks off centered a lil bit tho, right?? the spacing between the 3 o'clock is less than 9 o'clok side. but dial itself looks stunning

Is it because the dials are aligned with the 10 and 2 perhaps? I see what you're seeing. Just asking though.
