edit: Posted here to share information a new release. I rejected this watch due to chrono hand not being centered not 12 when reset and misaligned coronet.

Those QCs look great. A misaligned coronet is a bad luck draw, but overall this first batch of production looks quite good.

nice job. Only thing stands out for me is the gen crown and pushers appear a little more refined.

Its only when you see a direct comparison like this you really notice. The bezel engravings are still quite thick and there is still a curve to the lugs which the gen doesn't have (unless thats just lighting). But if that is all then we are really nit picking to the highest level.

Actually all markers edge ("gold" part) on the Clean look thinner than on GEN

Sub dials are close enough

Fonts are ok and daytona print and color is the best so far.

Case and lugs are a lot better than noob with nice curves

SELs are good as well depending on the piece you get.

Again , judging based on pics is subjective and would lack some accuracy.

It is a successful first attempt IMO

My feedback is based on ownership of gen and frankened 116500s

I would recommend you guys go for it and pull the trigger. If you dont like it you can always sell it.

I tried something similar with a semi-transparent overlay of the Gen. But as you can see, the result is not very meaningful. The more you move away from the center the bigger the lens distorsion is. Obviously the Clean-Photgrapher has used a completely different focal length then the Rolex-Photographer ;-)

Righto chief! Is three excessive? I like the idea of the 116520 white dial on a racing strap...the 116500LN on an oysterflex and the panda au natural.
