I just rejected qc for an indice even worse than that...How does dial look on this Clean black with 4131? Particularly 6:00 indices? I can’t tell if I’m being OCD or not
Has anyone noticed the crown on the clean is bigger compared to the gen?
good note. this issue is present in all rep 704 crowns, too slightly fat compared to gen.

Lots of competition out right now for the 126500, imho, since VSF and BTF offers lower price than Clean, as well as ZF, it's honestly now a matter of value based proposition. Let's see what Clean will do next - they either have to improve or reduce price because from what I can see at least for the 126500 steel models, they are no longer the most obvious choice.
However for the PM and OF models, they're still my No. 1 choice.

I don’t see Clean lowering prices. The only time they have ever done that was when they were busted by Puretime for their 904 bullshit, and needed to shift their ZZF Subs as they rebranded to Clean. Furthermore, no factory has done more to raise the prices of reps than Clean IMO.

Actually most recently they lowered the price of their 116x series Daytonas for the incoming 126500 Daytonas.
They also once lowered the price (discreetly) of their new 116506. The 116506 they asked for around 5400 yuan local price initially, and then it came down to 4900 yuan lol. So not bad. Probably realized selling it that high was not generating any sales for such a niche model.
But I agree with you in general.
The only way they will reverse the trend of the price is if VSF and BTF and ZF Daytonas actually cut into their market share.

yep, considering factories source their crowns from the same manufacturer i'm not surprised. i highly doubt that one factory is able to manufacture all the parts but actually specialize in certain ones.
ie. ARF for bracelets and crystals, Clean for ceramic inserts and dials.

yes, but hit and miss. they screwed up the sd43 with overmag cyclops but their GMT ones are better than Clean.
Any must-do mods for the Clean Panda? I have a Deep Crystal on it that's it.

Sorry, friend. It was VS that had the wrong cyclops mag on their early Sd43 —they’ve since updated their crystal.
For the record, there is no ARF bracelet (or crystal) factory. We call it ARF brackets because they supplied the best Oyster rep bracelets to ARF before shut down from the raids..

You need to go back in time a bit - 2018, but the earlier ARF SD43 did have a bit too much magnification on the cyclops - I don’t recall when they fixed it. Nothing like XF/ VSF though - that’s really too much. I don’t think anyone knows who supplied what at that time as there were fewer factories and less ‘mix and match’ chatter in the forum.

Clean has updated the crystal on the 1265xx Daytona and there is no obvious improvement after swapping to the Deep crystal.
