Great picture and a reminder I need to stay away from this thread. Thanks for sharing these awesome shots. Do you like how it wears compared to a 1165xx?
Thanks. Yes for me, has a little more presence and balance on the wrist from the fuller case.Great picture and a reminder I need to stay away from this thread. Thanks for sharing these awesome shots. Do you like how it wears compared to a 1165xx?
My first impression was that, although the case is larger, it is certainly nowhere near the jump that the submariners went through, making it a larger and slightly heavier wear. Anyone who enjoys a Daytona size watch will still love this watch and it’s proportions. Highly recommended.Thank you for the wear updates. I couldn’t make the jump to the 12 series submariner (smaller wrists), so I’m a little adamant about dropping the coin for a new 12 series Daytona. The 116500 feels great and looks well proportioned for myself. I like the new bezel and hour markers on the 12 Daytona so I may just do it for that change in design.
They're still being produced. Clean is taking a holiday. I would say around max 1 month if you're unlucky, probably 2-3 weeks like normal. I have heard that these are selling really well, but apparently they're not as in demand as the Clean GMT which still has an insane backlogWhat’s the turn around time for these models, since the raids and all? Are they harder to get?
The 12 Daytona still wears more like a 5 digit Sub/GMT — it’s only 40mm, and with slim lugs. The wear difference on the 11/12 Daytona is negligible..Thank you for the wear updates.
