Cousins in uk are now listing parts for ceramic models too but as you say they are expensive.

Yeap! I so regret selling the pumpkin bezel i found.......

Edit: I updated the list. We now have case numbers!

Also crystal and crown for the 42mm model are available.

My Fr5GPO is so good, that I've contemplated selling my Gen PO many times.

Funny you say that Q, I believe pjsayer actually ended up going that route. Decided to keep his franken and move the gen. It's scary how close the frankens get to gen on these PO builds, indistinguishable...

I was under the impression that 8500 has different fitment to 2500. Not sure how different though.

This could all get quite pricey, with all these new juicy parts but would be exciting to see some frankens!

8500 CrPO bracelet WILL fit the older 2500 cases nicely (with no mods). The end links on the 8500 however are a tad thicker in height, as a result the sides of the SEL stick out a touch. Hard to see.

Like this one I found on E-bay last year?

I will only check if the movement fit the case before I order the Gen dial. (Noob 42 CrPO on it's way now)
And 2824 is 25,6mm vs 8500 that is 29.00 mm in diameter, then 4,6mm vs. 5,5mm in height.

BUT 495£ that's a bit insane... But also I'm a bit insane...

Stupid money, it was me who got it listed on Cousins after a non listed enquiry! That is plus 20% vat too!!!! You get 3.5% discount online but this price is ridiculous!!!!!
