Does anyone know where to get a new xs rubber strap for my XF V2 diver? Rubber strap broke recently and need a replacement but wasn't sure a normal aftermarket one would fit.

Ask a TD to get a JF XS strap - if i remember correctly members said the JF strap fits the XF endlinks/case.

I can't confirm...

If i remember correctly JF endlinks don't accept a gen strap without modding - otherwise it would result in a too wide gap between case and strap.

Keeping this in mind and that JF straps fit a XF case i assume it would be a hassle to put a gen strap on the XF case...

Don't quote me on that as i can't assure you this is the final truth haha

JF plots works on gen strap without modding. I have both gen rubber and gen hornbacks and its no issue on JF case/plots. And no gaps

Do you tried to fit the gen straps on newer JF plots like those of the V9.5 Diver or does it work even for older ROO Chronos etc?

I have gen strap on my JF ROO safari(white dial) 2016-2017- ish.. white theme rubberclad franken-old JF case, dont know the year but its old. And a JF Diver v7(both gen rubberstrap and a gen hornback) JF Panda(v2)-new2019. and my newest one is an elephant franken (ceramic pushers) 2018 maybe JF case
But i have not tried on JF diver 9.5 so i cant say anything of that. Or XF.. But i have newer hade any issues with fitment on my JF cases/plots.
But on the NOOB i hade have no one of my gen straps fit good, big gaps, and the strap sits to high on the case so the strap stickning up above the case. Hard to explain But maybe you get the picture So its not looking good. (But i have only tried on 2noob watches)

As for my jf diver, gen rubber n leather doesn’t fit well n as you said, there’s this marginal GAP that’s is eye sored hahaha.

I think if I get an XF, I may need to get it modded for my gen strap.

If This is the ”gap” you talking about then yes There is a minimal gap. But Dont bother bro, its verry verry small. Or maybe i was lucky with my watches? And if you have seen a gen Roo you se its a small gap there to.. i will put my gen rubberstrap to and post a picture Here. (Pics are all JF watches on gen straps)

I noticed the GAP in your JF is very minimal whereas the gen strap on my modded JF v7 Diver was 3mm n my eyes cant accept it. It is reigning as my Queen w/o any strap.

I put on the gen rubber on my old Noob 4.1 diver n it fit tightly.

I reckon I’m the odd ball in my JF.
