Looks almost the same since every time it gets patina I am cleaning it a bit using special cloth for cleaning gold jewelry...

Hot Chicks dig Bronzos!!!!
View attachment 9819 I ordered my 671 from puretime and have been going back and forth with QC. They sent me pictures of fingerprints in the bronze. My question is, is this common and does anyone know if it is permanent. I said I disapprove and they sent it anyway. Not real happy with puretime at the moment.
Thats natural buddy with the bronze and the oils from your hands that causes that and what gives it a patina when it oxidises mate. That's the whole fun of bronze let it go as dark as you like then clean it then if you fancy a change, clean that bad boy back up to have a totally different look. This is mine after just a week>
I'm ok with the oxidation, that's what I'm looking forward to actually. I think we had a lot lost in translation. I just don't want the fingerprints on there and was worried it was permanent. Can I wipe them off or clean it with ketchup then it goes back to normal?

It's all in this thread buddy read it all on ways to clean the marks/patina off. Ketchup, lemon juice etc!

I think I prefer em patinated better mate. Gives em abit more character. I've smelly egged my Steiny Bronzo again as I didn't like the yellower/brassy tone in how the Steinhart looks as new!
